Refund policy — Refunds offered on items returned unopened and in good condition within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.
Wrong Address Provided policy - If NLS is provided the wrong address and the package is returned to NLS the buyer is responsible for paying to have it reshipped. NLS is not responsible if the package gets delivered to a wrong address provided by the buyer.
Delivery policy — All products are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground delivery. We typically will ship within one business day after receipt of paid order
Return policy – Returns are accepted on items returned unopened and in good condition within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping. Up to 30% restocking fee may apply.
Shipping damage - Any damage in shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Include photographs of the shipping bag/box as well as label and contents.
Cancellation policy — Buyer may cancel orders for full refunds on orders that have not shipped.
